Ken Clay writes about radical grass roots activism in the Communist Party (now defunct) and life in the workshops of the industrial North West (becoming defunct). Four of his stories have appeared in The Penniless Press -Crossing the Line (issue 9) - French Leave (issue 10) - Bender's Blitzkrampf (issue 12) and Danger: Men at Work (issue 14). Three others appear on the website Annexe - Decline and Fall - Nietzsche's Birthday - and Culture Shock. These plus two more are collected in Nietzsche's Birthday and Other Stories.
